The Table and the Territory presentation at Zone Sensible

Artist Olivier Darné, founder of Parti Poétique, Nathalie Blanc, director of  LADYSS-CNRS and Lauranne Germond, director of COAL, will present the Table and the Territory at Zone Sensible, on a day dedicated to sustainable food.

This Zone Sensible event is part of the program The Table and the Territory. The event focuses on two action-research programs thatl involve an ecosystem of partners, actors, researchers and residents for the years to come: H-LAB and La Table et le Territoire.

The H-LAB: The one-hectare laboratory for social, food and environmental gains

The H-LAB project is built around research that initiates actions, studies and scientific measures at Parti Poétique’s Zone Sensible Urban Farm, to experiment on the scale of one hectare. It reunites a multidisciplinary team: Parti Poétique, Alimentation Générale, the association for the Natural Contract (Michel Serres Institute) and the association Science & Cuisine. The H-LAB is a project supported by the Fondation de France and The Grand National Debate on Agriculture & Food. 

The Grand National Debate on Agriculture & Food

The National Public Debate Commission has been asked to organize a national public debate on French agricultural and food policy. Ilaria Casillo, president of the impactful public debate and vice president of the CNDP, will present the calendar, themes, and conditions of the Great Debate to inform members the public on how they can take part in the debate.
